How do you say "Prodocere"?

Pro-doe-sair. The name comes from the Latin root docere, the root word behind document.

What does Prodocere do?

It converts a whole folder of documents to PDF while keeping your folder structure, and can apply Bates labels across every file, and rename files and folders to match, in one pass.

What file types does it handle?

Word and PowerPoint (including macro-enabled files), images (including iPhone HEIC photos), text, Markdown, HTML, OpenDocument text and presentations, SVG, and email (.eml / .msg) with attachments. Excel and OpenDocument spreadsheets, existing PDFs, and videos are copied through unchanged.

What are the system requirements?

Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), or macOS on Apple Silicon (M1 and later). There is nothing else to install, because the conversion engine is bundled inside the app.

Do my documents get uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything runs locally on your computer, and your files never leave your machine. The only information we ever hold on file is your email and your license key.
