Prodocere was built by a legal professional who does document production day to day, and got tired of the man-hours required to simply convert, label, and rename documents by hand.

Attorneys, paralegals, and law clerks are busy, and you don't get paid to label documents or rename large and complicated file structures. You get paid to understand, litigate, and provide counsel for a case. Prodocere takes that tedious, non-billable work off of your plate so you can spend more time serving your clients.

It runs entirely on your own computer. Legal documents are not something that you upload to someone else's server, and we will never ask that of you. That gives your clients the guarantee that their documents stay private. The only thing we keep on file is your email and your license key.
